How to add, cancel, or modify a tournament registration
- When members of the Tournament Team log in, their member dashboards display links to the Tournament Drawmaster Dashboard at www.cosburnbowls.ca/tournament-drawmaster-dashboard/. The tournament team login credentials are on the page (these are different than your personal login information).
- To find a tournament, change the date setting at top left to cover the tournament you’re checking (or set it for the whole season). The event panel should show a list of upcoming tournaments.
To view tournament details:
- Click the arrow at right of the tournament name >
To view player list:
- Click on the attendee icon:

- You’ll see a list of the players who entered. To see more details (team members, home club), click the arrow > and then “Edit Attendee.”
To add a new player entry:
Note: In most cases it will be faster to add a new tournament entry from the front end. Open an Incognito (private browsing) window in your browser. Go to www.cosburnbowls.ca and enter the tournament as usual, but with the new entrant’s information.
- Click on the attendee icon:

- Click Add Attendee at the top, and fill in the registrant’s details. Be careful to spell the email address correctly, so they receive confirmation and reminders.
To cancel a registrant:
- Click on the attendee icon:

- Find the registration you wish to cancel. Change the green circle to red. The registrant will receive a cancellation email.
To change registration information:
- Click on the attendee icon:

- Click on the arrow > and then Edit Attendee. You should be able to modify details (name, contact info) in the entry.
