Off-Season Clubhouse Event Plan

Members who wish to host an event in the clubhouse must submit this form for board approval at least two weeks before the event date. If you anticipate the board will have questions about your event or you need members to sign up in advance of the event, please allow extra time.

Event organizers and convenors are responsible for following the Off-Season Clubhouse Guidelines.

Please submit this form at least two weeks before your planned event.

Is this a recurring event
The convenor must be present for the whole event, accepts responsibility for following the guidelines, and is the Charge Person in an emergency.
For recurring events, you can appoint an alternate convenor for when the primary convenor can’t attend.
How many people do you estimate will attend?
Is this the event open to all Cosburn members?

All attendees at off-season events must be members of Cosburn Park Lawn Bowling Club. Non-members may become social members ($25) to attend.

Will members need to sign up for the event in advance?

Advance signups will help you plan the event but require more lead time and can reduce participation.

Will you serve food or beverages?

Alcoholic beverages may not be served in the clubhouse. If you serve food, you must also clean the kitchen after the event.
